Located only 10 minutes from the Sydney Olympic precinct, we have facilities and amenities that all of your guests will appreciate, with an experienced staff that will make sure your event is highly successful.

Carnarvon Events Centre and the adjoining Golf Course is the perfect spot for your next corporate outing, conference, team building event or golf tournament ... with great views of the golf course it a wonderful place to host a business event.

  • Catering from $15 per person

Our facilities cater for small groups of up to 50 through to large functions of up to 200 guests.

The main function room offers beautiful views of the golf course.

Audio and video equipment are available including a large screen for presentations.

Room hire fees

  • Board Room $25 per hour or $150 full day (seating 15)
  • Horizons Room (including balcony) $60 per hour or $250 full day (searing 30 to 50)
  • Fairview Room $100 per hour (minimum 3 hours) or $500 full day (seating 80 to 100)
  • Grandview Room (including balcony) $125 per hour (minimum 3 hours) or $750 full day (seating 100 to 180) 
  • Function Rooms can be set theatre style or cabaret style

Catering

  • Morning Tea - danish, muffins or mini croissants (choice of two) at $15 per head 
  • Lunch options - sandwiches, wraps, and finger food, starting at $30 per head 
  • Buffet - starting at $55 per head 
  • Fruit Platters - $100 each (serves 15) 
  • Australian Vintage Cheese Platter - $120 each (serves 15)

Other catering arrangements can be discussed with our Events Co-ordinator at the time of booking.
