<h3>GOLF CARTS</h3>
<p>We have 24 fully maintained Golf Carts for your use at $46 per cart for 18 holes. Hand pulled buggies must have wide tyres. Alternatively, these may be hired from the Proshop at $5 each.</p>
<h3>EQUIPMENT HIRE</h3>
<p>Club hire is available for both left and right handed players. These can be hired from the Proshop at a cost of $25 per set.</p>
<h3>DRESS RULES</h3>
<p>We wish to maintain a dress standard commensurate with the game of golf. Tailored shorts and trousers, skirts, shirts must have sleeves and collars. Short socks may be worn with a length of at least 25mm above the ankle.</p>
<p>Items such as football jumpers and shorts, stubbies, brief shorts, athletic shorts and singlets, tracksuits, beach attire, dirty and worn clothes are not appropriate. Any person arriving for golf not properly attired will not be allowed on the course.</p>
<h3>DRINKS ON THE COURSE</h3>
<p>A drinks cart is available for hire at a cost of $40 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours. A staff member is included in this charge to drive the cart in accordance with RSA law. All beverages must be purchased from the Club.</p>
<h3>BOOKINGS</h3>
<p>Tentative bookings will be held for a period of 10 days only, after which time the date will be released. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to be paid with each confirmed booking. If the function proceeds, the total deposit will be credited to the customer&rsquo;s account.</p>
<p>Menus, beverage arrangements, entertainment, audio-visual requirements, room plans, starting and finishing times must be confirmed in writing 14 days prior to the function.</p>
<p>Final numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to the day of the event. These numbers may be increased up to 48 hours prior to the day, but not decreased.</p>

<p>Saturday the 25th of August 2018 marked the 90th year anniversary of the forming of Carnarvon Golf Club. To celebrate this significant milestone, members past and dignitaries celebrated in style at the commemorative dinner.</p>
<p>General Manager Mitch Nakic says &ldquo;It was wonderful to see so much interest from members past and present attend the event which continues to epitomise the shared interest of the founders and all who made it the local community icon it is today&rdquo;.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>In modern times Carnarvon Golf Club has been a leading organisation in embracing the diversity of the local community and entertainment during the night reflected that diversity with a contingent of Lady Members performing traditional Korean dances with the Radio Bandits duo singing a lot of Aussie favourites.</p>
<p>From humble beginnings to the present site Carnarvon Golf Club has served the recreational needs of local and extended community but it is also a registered bird sanctuary which contributes to the conservation of a valuable Sydney metropolitan wildlife corridor.</p>
<p>Whether you&rsquo;re a golfer or not, we extend a warm invitation to all in our local community to visit this great little club and experience the wonderful atmosphere that took 90 years to create.</p>
